🧪 Lego Science Unbox And Prep | Getting Ready for Hands-On Homeschool STEM

Why We’re Going All In With Lego Science This Year
This year, I have an 8th grader and a 4th grader, and I wanted a homeschool science option that could combine subjects, feel exciting, and—let’s be real—actually get done. I was hunting for something hands-on that could bring physics to life, but also flexible enough to do as a family.
After tons of searching, I landed on not one but two Lego Education kits that hit all the sweet spots:
Both kits are absolutely packed with STEM activities, designed to engage middle school learners, and just chef’s kiss when it comes to durability and organization.
First Up: The BricQ Motion Kit
Let’s talk about BricQ Motion. Yes, it’s being discontinued (new product coming August 2025), but this little powerhouse still packs major value.
