I think a lot of homeschool moms carry stress around record keeping because it feels unfamiliar and high stakes.
It’s one thing to plan lessons or choose curriculum.
It’s another thing entirely to feel responsible for creating transcripts and tracking credits for high school.
For me, the overwhelm mostly came from:
- Not knowing where to start
- Feeling like I needed to do everything perfectly
- Assuming it would take a huge amount of time
- Building it up mentally into something “big”

My First Impression

Actually… maybe too much at first.
It definitely felt like drinking from a fire hose for a few minutes because there are so many features available. But once I started clicking through and understanding the layout, it became much easier to navigate.
One feature I really appreciated was the ability to customize and simplify what you actually see on your dashboard. That immediately made it feel less overwhelming.
I also loved how intuitive the transcript section ended up being.
After years of building transcripts up in my mind as something scary and complicated, I was genuinely shocked by how quickly I could generate an official-looking transcript.
What I Think Will Help Most Long-Term
For me, the biggest value isn’t even the transcript itself.
It’s having a system.
Because I think a lot of homeschool stress comes from trying to hold everything in our heads all the time.
Having one place to:

- organize records
- monitor credits
- store information
- and keep everything together
…makes homeschool high school feel far more manageable.
Especially long term.

It feels collaborative instead of transactional.
