Making Everyday Magic Vocabulary Giveaway
Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor
The Making Everyday Magic Vocabulary Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Making Everyday Magic.
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., Teachers Pay Teachers, or any other third party.
2. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on October 2, 2026 and ends on October 9, 2026 at 11:59 PM Central Time.
Entries received after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.
3. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to individuals who are eligible to participate under applicable law and who meet all entry requirements.
Employees of Making Everyday Magic and members of their immediate household are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
To receive one entry:
- Follow @MakingEverydayMagic on Instagram.
- Like the official Giveaway post.
- Comment on the Giveaway post and indicate which resource you would like to win:
- CEII — Caesar’s English II Vocabulary Practice Bundle
- WWTWII — Word Within the Word II Vocabulary Practice Bundle
Only one entry per person will be counted.
No purchase is necessary to enter. Purchasing a product from Making Everyday Magic, Teachers Pay Teachers, or any other website will not increase an entrant’s chances of winning.
5. Prizes
Two prizes will be awarded:
Prize 1: One digital Caesar’s English II Vocabulary Practice Bundle.
Prize 2: One digital Word Within the Word II Vocabulary Practice Bundle.
The prizes are digital resources and have no cash value. Prizes may not be exchanged for cash or substituted for another product.
6. Winner Selection
Two winners will be selected at random from eligible entries after the Giveaway Period closes.
Each winner will be selected for the resource category indicated in their entry.
If there are no eligible entries for a particular resource category, the sponsor may select an eligible winner from the remaining entries or otherwise determine how to award the available prize.
7. Winner Notification
Winners will be announced on Instagram on October 10, 2026 and contacted by direct message from the official @MakingEverydayMagic account.
Each potential winner must respond within 72 hours of notification to claim the prize. If a potential winner does not respond within that period, is determined to be ineligible, or cannot accept the prize, an alternate winner may be selected.
The sponsor will never require a winner to provide a password, payment, or credit-card information to claim a prize.
8. Odds
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
9. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the sponsor, which are final regarding the administration of the Giveaway.
The sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, automated, or otherwise does not comply with these Official Rules.
10. Instagram Disclaimer
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.
By entering, participants release Instagram and Meta from responsibility for the Giveaway and agree that Instagram/Meta is not responsible for the administration of the promotion or any claims relating to the Giveaway.
11. Privacy
Information provided to the sponsor for purposes of administering the Giveaway will be used only as reasonably necessary to administer the Giveaway, contact winners, and provide prizes, subject to the sponsor’s applicable privacy practices.
