**Making Everyday Magic 14 Days of Holidays Instagram Giveaway Rules**
**1. Eligibility:**
– To enter the giveaway, participants must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in their jurisdiction).
– Participants must have a valid Instagram account.
– This giveaway is open to United States based winners.
**2. Entry Requirements:**
– To enter, participants must:
a. Follow @makingeverydaymagic on Instagram as well as the partner account of the prize offered each day.
b. Like this giveaway post.
c. Comment on giveaway post. Each friend tagged in a separate comment counts as an additional entry.
**3. Duration:**
– The giveaway begins at 7am CST on specified day and ends 7am CST the following day.
**4. Winner Selection:**
– The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
– The winner will be announced on the day of contest closure on our Instagram account.
– The winner will be contacted via direct message on Instagram. If the winner does not respond within 3 days, a new winner will be selected.
– The winner can only win 1 out of all eligible prizes in the entire Holiday Giveaway. If chosen for a second prize, another winner will automatically be chosen.
**5. Prize:**
– The prize for this giveaway is described in full on each giveaway post.
– The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
– The prize will be shipped directly and/or fulfilled from the giveaway partner.
